His involvement with hospitality spans over 12 years. Kaiz is a graduate in Hotel Management from the prestigious Ecole Les Roches, Switzerland. Kaizad forayed into his hospitality career at the age of 17 when he took up a summer job, after two years of working in the industry and having decided that this was where his future lay, he went on to study in Switzerland. His hard work and dedication paid off and he managed to fund his own education from second semester onwards. After graduating from Les Roches he took up his first job as a waiter at Restaurant Zur Rossweid, Zurich. Later he went on to work in the Food and Beverage Service Department at the Savoy Baur en Ville Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. He has since then worked in various capacities in Europe, Middle East and India. His forte is conceptualizing and developing Mystery Shopper Programs for application across diverse industries especially hospitality, food service and retail. Kaiz’s experience provides clients with an insight into the working of the retail and hospitality environments and the importance of maintaining a customer centric focus. He is also renowned for his ability to create theme based food and beverage operations. In 1995 Kaizad was awarded the Caterplan "30 Under 30" award recognizing 30 culinary professionals in Asia under the age of 30. He was among the three Indians selected by a panel of judges from the industry. Over the years Kaizad has worked with restaurants, hotels and retail companies. Has also been faculty at the institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, India. With many successful projects implemented across India. Email : kaiz@kaizconsult.com       TOP           Nasreen Patel Director, Operations In 2004 Nasreen Patel wound up a career spanning over 30 years in the hospitality industry to join her older son Kaiz in strengthening Kaiz Hospitality Services and since then, has been responsible for administration, implementation and completion of all mystery shopping projects. Nasreen is a veteran of the Indian hospitality industry, she started her career as a housekeeping supervisor and has headed the Housekeeping department at various properties in India and abroad. She is a role model for both her sons. Her younger son Viraf is one of India’s most ingenious executive chefs. He has an MBA specializing in International Business and a BS in Institutional Hotel and Restaurant Management both from Johnson & Wales University, USA. He also is graduate in hotel management from Ecole Les Roches in Switzerland. Throughout his life, he has worked and lived in different countries and been exposed to different cultures. This experience has helped him to bring a global view to the clients of Kaiz Hospitality Services.
